Who we are
MoonsBooth provides luxury photo booth hire for weddings, corporate events, and private parties across London and the surrounding areas.
What we collect
When you reach out for a quote or confirm a booking, we collect the details you give us, including your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, and any specifics about your event.
If you pay a deposit or balance, payment is handled securely through our payment provider; we never store your card details ourselves. We also collect some technical data automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, to help us understand how people use our site.
If our booths are used at your event, photos may be taken for the purpose of providing prints or digital copies to your guests. We will only use event photos in our own marketing or portfolio with your permission.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, put together quotes, manage your booking from deposit to delivery, and keep you updated in the lead-up to your event.
We never sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside of the trusted tools we use to run our business, such as payment and booking software.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email hello@moonsbooth.com and we will sort it promptly.
If you ever feel your data has not been handled properly, you also have the right to raise this with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to deliver our service and meet our accounting obligations, and no longer than that.
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our service. The latest version will always be here.
